The Guarantee

For the $750 plan, if M&Q Recruiting does not provide at least 2 qualified driver candidates meeting the agreed criteria during the active 7-day period, the $750 fee will be fully refunded. For the $2,000 plan, if M&Q Recruiting does not provide at least 5 qualified driver candidates meeting the agreed criteria during the active 30-day period, the $2,000 fee will be fully refunded.

This is a candidate-delivery guarantee. It does not guarantee that a carrier will hire, retain, approve, or employ any candidate.

Eligibility Requirements

1. 1.The carrier must provide accurate job information and hiring requirements before recruiting begins.
2. 2.The carrier must respond to submitted candidates within a reasonable period.
3. 3.The carrier cannot materially change its requirements during the active recruiting period without restarting or modifying the recruiting agreement.
4. 4.Candidates must meet the mutually agreed minimum criteria.
5. 5.M&Q Recruiting is not responsible if a carrier rejects an otherwise qualified candidate for reasons outside the original agreed requirements.
6. 6.Refund requests must be submitted after the applicable 7-day or 30-day recruiting period is complete.
