Recruiting Service Agreement
The responsibilities that apply to each paid recruiting campaign.
M&Q Recruiting Services
M&Q Recruiting sources, recruits, initially screens, and delivers candidates who meet the mutually agreed minimum criteria.
Carrier Responsibilities
The carrier conducts final interviews, employment verification, background checks, MVR review, drug testing, DOT qualification, onboarding, and final hiring decisions.
Campaign Period
The campaign begins after payment and completion of the carrier hiring profile. The purchased plan controls the campaign length and candidate target.
Candidate Decisions
M&Q Recruiting does not employ candidates and cannot guarantee a hire, approval, employment outcome, or retention period.
Payment
Campaign fees are paid securely through Stripe. Payment information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by this website.
