Refund Policy
How campaign guarantee refund requests are reviewed.
Guarantee Refunds
A full campaign-fee refund may be available when M&Q Recruiting does not deliver the qualified-candidate count stated for the purchased plan during its active period, subject to the Guarantee Terms.
Request Timing
Requests must be submitted after the applicable campaign period ends. Eligibility is reviewed against the original hiring criteria, delivered candidates, and carrier responsibilities.
No Guaranteed Hire
Candidate rejection, failure to hire, failed carrier-led checks, turnover, or retention does not independently qualify a campaign for a refund.
