Terms of Service
The terms that apply to our website and our recruiting services.
Recruiting Services Only
M&Q Recruiting provides recruiting and candidate sourcing services. We do not employ drivers and we are not a party to the employment relationship between a driver and a motor carrier.
Carrier Responsibilities
Participating motor carriers are solely responsible for final hiring decisions, employment verification, background checks, motor vehicle record review, drug and alcohol testing, DOT compliance, insurance, and onboarding.
No Guarantee of Employment
Submitting a driver application does not guarantee employment, an interview, or an offer. Paid plan guarantees apply only to qualified candidates delivered under the agreed criteria and never guarantee hires, approvals, employment, or retention.
Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete. Inaccurate information may prevent us from matching you with suitable carriers or candidates.
Pricing and Agreements
Published recruiting plans are subject to the Recruiting Service Agreement, Guarantee Terms, and Refund Policy. Custom campaigns are confirmed separately in writing.

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse our forms, submit fraudulent information, or attempt to disrupt the site.
